Coulthard to replace Legard?
Speculations continue to grow, that the BBC are set to replace F1 commentator Jonathan Legard with David Coulthard. The former Scottish Formula One driver has fulled rumours that he is set to take Legard's place in the commentary box alongside Martin Brundle next season. Coulthard told The Sun "I've had talks about what I could be doing within the show. They are finalising things." Since retiring from Formula One, Coulthard has spent the last two years as a track side pundit for the BBC's live coverage alongside Eddie Jordan and Jake Humphrey. However, it is believed that Brundle has been pushing for the appointment of Coulthard to join him as an F1 commentator. A BBC spokesman replied to the rumours saying: "We're still looking at our lineup."
