Kubica moved out of intensive care
Robert Kubica has been transferred from the Intensive Care Unit to the Department of Orthopedics today after his condition continues to improve. In an update from the Lotus Renault GP team, they said Kubica will undergo another surgery tomorrow to mend his humerus and foot, adding that they will release a further update tomorrow following the surgery. Meanwhile, as the second pre-season tests got underway this morning in Jerez, the F1 teams got together to issue a collective message of support for the Polish driver who was involved in a terrible rally accident last weekend. Each driver had the message 'Szybkiego powrotu do zdrowia Robert', which translates to 'get well quickly Robert' on their cars. ESPNF1 reports Ferrari team principal, Stefano Domenicali added his support for the Lotus Renault GP driver saying: "We are sure he will get out of this and we can't wait to see him back on track,"
